Starting in the 7th and 8th centuries a small band of “travelers”, as they were called, began migrating from the northern regions of India across the plains and mountains of Asia, throughout the Middle-East and into the far regions of Europe. Persecuted every step of their journey because of their beliefs and appearances, they were shunned by all others. That also meant keeping their mystical ways private and used only as necessary against their enemies to protect their families and – reek revenge where it was deserved. Gypsies was a derogatory name placed upon these “travelers” by some. All, feared their unquestionable powers. For the Gypsies, these powers were used to fight evil when evil deserved to be eliminated from this world. This is the story of one Gypsy curse, passed down from generation to generation, held in an intricately carved, wooden box crafted centuries ago, high in the mountains of northern India. The occupant of this box was only released to seek revenge when there was no other choice – like now.
